We care about the specific skills of each and every individual
The “Grow Your Talent” program consists of three dimensions:
Only those who know their talents, focus on them and continue to develop them can bring their skills to excellence. By contrast, trying to counteract the weaknesses tends to lead to mediocrity. That's why we encourage the exchange of information about strengths among employees, but also with managers.
- We identify the talents of the individual with the Clifton StrengthsFinder®. Employees who share their results with their manager can be assigned by the manager to tasks, projects and suitable teams according to their talents.
- Those who want to, can benefit from in-house coaching with one of our certified strength coaches. The aim is to better understand one's own talents and talent profile and to develop them on an individual basis.
- In addition, we conduct team matches to promote cooperation. A team match makes you aware of who has what needs, ways of thinking and approaches, and how they best complement each other.
In times of rapid change, it is more important than ever to constantly deepen one's skills and learn something new.
- Our employees use the competence matrix to develop the hard skills required for the respective job profile. They first use a self-assessment to determine their current position.
- The self-assessment is then compared with the target skill set of the desired role and they are given suggestions for the optimal training and offerings to expand their current knowledge. In this way, employees can gradually move closer to the desired target role.
Dr. Stephen Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" are based on the assumption that it is not learned success techniques, but character, competence and trust that lead to personal and interpersonal effectiveness. They encourage people to work on their own behavior.
- We invite our employees to also engage with Covey's "7 Habits" and reflect on their own actions. This can also be done together with a trusted person (e.g. colleague, coach).
- On this basis, new or different ways can be tried out and one's own behavior can be changed in order to achieve more effectiveness and thus more success.
