msg lays the foundation for building an exclusive claims community

With the live event “Claims Management 2025 – Upgrade Your Ecosystem”, msg has laid the foundation for establishing an exclusive claims community. The event with numerous top level decision makers from insurance companies took place in March 2022 at the Hyatt Regency in Cologne. Among the participants were representatives of well-known insurance companies such as DEVK, GAV, Helvetia, Itzehoer, LVM, Neodigital, Nürnberger, Provinzial, R+V, Sparkassen DirektVersicherung, VKB and Zurich and also the claim services providers ControlExpert, Copart and PropertyExpert.

Insurance correspondent Herbert Fromme guided the participants through the event as moderator. The agenda included interesting panel discussions. These made it clear, among other things, that cross-industry collaboration is increasingly becoming the premise for sustainable business success in claims management. In addition, customer and employer experience were emphasized as essential keys to a successful claims management.

Exclusive Claims Community

The largest field study conducted in the area of Claims Management in the German-speaking area by Versicherungsforen Leipzig and msg was the driving force for the exchange of expertise at the event. Based on twelve executive board interviews and surveys of more than 160 claims experts, the study identified and described strategies and fields of action that are crucial for the future of claims management and the transformation of the insurance business model.

By establishing an exclusive claims community, msg is offering the top management levels of the insurance industry in the DACH region an inspiring platform to further discuss and consolidate these topics.

Outlook

Due to the very positive feedback on this event, msg will establish an annual live event for this claims community in the Claims Management area. The next event is scheduled for March 2023.
